Conference Cancellation Policy

All Cancellations before October 1st, 2024 will forfeit all registration fees paid to GLA as membership fees or move to the next conference.

Payment Way

An invoice will be sent to you shortly (within 1working day) after you complete your online meeting registration, Available by bank transfer or PayPal. Make a payment to secure your place at the conference.

Your place in the meeting cannot be guaranteed or you will not have access to the one-on-one meeting scheduler until your payment has been received. We will not update your information on the conference website attendee list until we have received your payment

Precautions

After registration, the exhibitor must remit the relevant fees to the designated account of GLA within 3 working days;

Booth arrangement is based on the principle of "registration first, payment first, arrangement first", and GLA has the right to adjust a small number of booths;

Exhibit transportation, exhibition reception, accommodation and other matters will be sent to exhibitors manually by GLA one month before the opening;
