* Payment Way

1) Make a payment to secure your place at the conference. After finishing conference registration, an official invoice will be sent to you within one working day via GLA official email ID, such as **@glafamily.com. Please must confirm it is the right email id before proceeding the payment. After receiving the invoice you can directly arrange payment by bank transfer or to GLA official PayPal account grace@glafamily.com. Your seat, hotel, your company name in attendee list and other activities in the conference will be reserved once GLA has received your payment.

*Payment Validity

(1) After registration, the attendee must remit the payment to the designated account of GLA within 3 working days after having received GLA conference invoice.

(2) Booth arrangement is based on the principle of "First register and pay, first select", and GLA has the right to adjust a small number of booths if needed.

(3) To avoid missing, all attendee has responsibility to provide related attendee information, logo and formal photo in time.

(4) All attendee must respect the each one-on-one meeting schedule and no show over 3 times without any reason and without any notification in advance will not be permitted to attend the 13th GLA conference and it will further affect your company credit rating in GLA.

(5) All material, exhibition reception, accommodation and other information will be sent to attendees manually by GLA staff 1 month before the conference.

* Conference Cancellation Policy

1) All Cancellations before Feb 1st , 2025 will forfeit all registration fees paid to GLA as membership fees or move to the next conference.

2) 100% Cancellation charge after Feb 1st, 2025
