3.Site treatment

Actively perform rescue to reduce the loss, and cooperate with the site survey work after the survey personnel arrive at the site.

4.Provide documents

Certificate of goods value, transport certificate, insurance certificate, accident certificate, loss certificate, claim certificate, etc.

5.Review of documents

Review of documents will be given within 10 working days upon receipt of the claim documents.

6.Indemnity payment

Insurance company confirms the documents are complete, both sides confirm the claim amount, pay indemnity within three working days.
