Rose was founded at Neal Rosenberg’s kitchen table in 1994. A pioneer of the consolidation business, Neal had been one of the first to establish an LCL gateway system in the US, expanding it from coast to coast. Rose was born with the idea of servicing niche markets with overseas partners who shared the vision of customer service above all else. With New York as our gateway, we began consolidating cargo to England, Spain and Singapore, three original services which have grown into a network of domestic gateways feeding hundreds of global destinations.

Rose has grown into one of the largest privately-owned NVOCCs in America with considerable strength in our buying power and relationships with the world’s largest vessel owners. We have built our name on going above and beyond to keep our clients happy and their cargo moving smoothly. Despite our huge growth in recent years, we remain true to our roots as a small family company. Neal prides himself on always being accessible. Our management team ensures dedication and attention to detail is provided on every shipment no matter how big or small thus provided the best customer experience possible.
