GLA’s 9th Anniversary and 2025 New Year Celebration: A Milestone of Growth, Achievements, and Global Logistics Leadership

On January 11, 2025, in Shenzhen, China, the GLA Global Logistics Alliance celebrated its 9th Anniversary, a testament to nine years of growth, success, and GLA’s evolution from humble beginnings to a global leader in the logistics industry. The event also hosted the 2025 New Year’s Festive Gathering, a celebration that reflected on GLA’s extraordinary progress over the past year, showcasing key achievements, innovations, and the continuous expansion of the network’s global reach. The evening was a vibrant celebration of past accomplishments, current milestones, and exciting future endeavors.

A Year of Achievements and Global Expansion

At the opening ceremony of the event, GLA President Ms. Grace Sun addressed the attendees. She shared heartfelt New Year greetings, acknowledging the unwavering support of partners, colleagues, industry leaders, and the GLA team, all of whom have been integral to GLA’s success. She expressed her gratitude for the trust and hard work of all the GLA team and GLA members, reflecting on the company's remarkable growth throughout 2024.

Reflecting on the year gone by, Ms. Grace Sun shared GLA's vision, which is to create a better world for global logistics, and reviewed several key achievements that aligned with this vision. Notably, GLA organized major international conferences such as the 10th GLA Global Logistics Conference in Dubai, the 11th GLA Global Logistics Conference in Thailand, along with the GLA Middle-East Logistics Forum and Africa Regional Logistics Forums. These global logistics events served as platforms for in-depth discussions on logistics challenges and solutions, reinforcing GLA's position as a global network for logistics professionals. Additionally, GLA expanded its global footprint by visiting numerous countries across Africa, the Americas, Asia, and Europe, fostering stronger international ties and laying the foundation for the company’s globalization efforts.

Further, the GLA President shared GLA's ambitious goals for 2025, highlighting that GLA plans to continue scaling new heights in its business operations, driving innovation in its products and services. The network will expand its global talent pool to embrace diversity and foster international collaboration across logistics and supply chain management. She also mentioned that GLA is committed to fostering deeper integration of global trade, culture, and logistics industries, providing customers with higher-quality services and products while pushing the boundaries of logistics excellence and creating a better global logistics world.

The evening’s festivities were further elevated by the presence of international guests, including Mr. Darem Lim from 1st Wintop Logistics (S) Pte Ltd, an international enterprise with branches in Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, and more. He shared heartfelt New Year’s wishes for fruitful collaborations in the coming year, his words resonating with optimism and fostering a sense of excitement and hope for continued partnership within the global logistics community.

It is globally said that ‘teamwork achieves dream work,’ and at GLA, we believe teamwork, efforts, and dedication are the cornerstone of GLA’s success. To honor these efforts, GLA held a grand award ceremony to celebrate outstanding contributions. GLA President Ms. Grace Sun, along with GLA managers, presented awards and certificates to deserving staff.
