Task:

Need to deliver 9,400 voting machines to the same number of voting sections throughout the whole Bulgaria.

Challenges:

The project was pressed for time.

TEU had to pick up all machines from the supplier's warehouse in Sofia within only 2 days.

How they solve these issues?

Organise the pick up on Friday afternoon, following a strict schedule and delivering the same day to the warehouses in the 28 district cities in Bulgaria.
Finding and organising also the 28 warehouses in the district cities, who had to work from 6A.M. on Saturday until 4A.M. on Monday morning.
Organising 290 small trucks to deliver the machines at more than 9,400 voting sections, which was the most challenging part that had to be done on Saturday.
Pick up the machines from the voting sections on Sunday evening, deliver them to the district warehouses, load on the trucks and deliver back on Monday morning to the main warehouse in Sofia.

As our active member, no doubt they made it. With the efforts of TEU Bulgaria's employees, all numerous issues which arose due to the very short notice time were solved in a fast and professional manner.
