TRANSPORTATION
A SUMMARY OF THE OPTION I
Shipping as container vessel
Due to space and equipment availability issues, most shipping companies say it is difficult to transport all cargo on one ship at once. Therefore, the shipping company proposed us ocean freight based on three shipments.
It is very difficult to perform container stuffing and receive NCB Inspection for approximately 54-56 FR containers within the shipping company's free time. Detention and demurrage charges are very likely to occur if it is shipped at once.
In addition to FR container, there are approximately 13-15 oversized break bulk cargoes.
NCB inspections are performed by the National Cargo Bureau, Inc. which is a marine surveying organization in charge of assisting the United States Coast Guard in carrying out the provisions of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea.
Trucking to Project One CFS/Warehouse
Project One offers 30 days of free storage to avoid additional costs for customers.
Export packaging will be performed at Project One CFS/Warehouse
Once export packaging is complete, it is loaded into an appropriate ocean container, which is transported to the Port of Houston according to the shipping company's shipping scheduled.
There is no direct shipping service from the Port of Houston to the Port of Manila. It will also call at other ports or may transshipment from another ports.
